We do not use your uploaded photos, generated videos or prompts to train, fine-tune, evaluate or otherwise improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, whether operated by us or by third parties. Your content is processed solely to deliver the result you requested.
We contractually require our AI infrastructure providers to process your content only for the purpose of generating your result and to refrain from using it for model training. Generated videos and source photos are automatically deleted from our storage within 24 hours.
6. Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request deletion of your account subject to legal exceptions.
7. Your Rights
