1. Digital Services
Screel.app provides digital AI-based services. By purchasing credits or paid plans, you acknowledge that services are delivered electronically and may be consumed immediately upon successful payment.
2. General Rule
Due to the nature of AI generation (credits are used when processing runs), refunds are generally not provided for completed generations or subjective dissatisfaction with AI output, as described in our Terms of Service (including limitations related to AI results).
3. When We May Refund
We may issue a refund or restore credits where:
- A payment was duplicated or charged in error;
- The Service was unavailable for a prolonged period due to our fault and you could not use purchased credits;
- Required by applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction.
4. How to Request
Contact [email protected] with your account email, transaction details, and a short description. We will respond within a reasonable time.
5. Payment Provider Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend access pending investigation. Please contact us first so we can resolve the issue faster.
